Matt has over 17 years of experience in all phases of software development with a proven track record for building overachieving teams across multiple industries. Matt began his career at Raytheon in the government intelligence sector, developing, patenting, and deploying innovative cybersecurity solutions. He then led and managed multiple successful teams at Pason Systems, an industry leading oil and gas services company, where he played a large part it’s evolution to a cloud-native data-driven company. Joining Pason’s New Ventures organization, Matt built and led a team, over a 3-year journey, to develop a first in-class Machine Learning and IoT platform for intelligent solar and energy storage management, ending with a successful acquisition and merger with a leading provider in the solar storage and monitoring space.

Matt brings a tactical focus to the day-to-day operations at e2log, working across development, QA and support teams to ensure all are working in lockstep to deliver quality software solutions that continually delight our customers. Matt believes in leading by example and can be found in the trenches with the team helping solve tough problems while also working strategically with e2log leadership on an ever-evolving product roadmap. Matt also has a passion for protecting and evolving the e2log culture, taking responsibility over hiring efforts as well as overall team career development.

Matt lives in Cypress, TX with his wife and 3 kids. When not acting as the personal family Uber driver, he is a proud Texas Aggie, avid college sports fan and sneaks in some gaming time whenever possible.
